Small-batch, precision-roasted coffee sourced from the world's most overlooked growing regions — then brought to life with patience, temperature control, and an obsession with detail.
Since
2018
Makario Coffee Roasters was born from a simple conviction: that the best coffee doesn't come from following trends, but from paying relentless attention to what most people overlook. We source green beans from farms that don't make the mainstream catalogs — plots at unusual elevations, varietals that challenge conventional palates, and relationships built over years, not transactions.
Every roast is done by hand in our Everett roastery, where we monitor temperature curves, development time, and moisture loss with the discipline of a laboratory and the intuition of an artist. The result is coffee that tastes like somewhere you've never been — even if it's your morning cup.

Our current offerings rotate seasonally as we follow harvest windows and refine profiles. These are the coffees defining our roast bench right now.
Wild-grown at 2,100 meters. Jasmine, bergamot, and a finish that lingers like a memory you can't quite place. Bright, structured, unforgettable.
From the misty slopes of southern Colombia. Red apple, dark chocolate, and a silkiness that coats the palate. Our most approachable single origin — and our best seller.
Named for our street, our anchor. Brazilian sweetness meets Ethiopian brightness, pulled together with a touch of density that makes every cup feel like home.
Our rotating selection changes with each harvest. Contact us for current availability and wholesale pricing.
Direct relationships with farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and beyond. We visit every origin annually.
Small batches on our 5kg roaster. Each profile is tuned to the bean's density, moisture, and origin character.
Every batch is evaluated by our team before it ships. Consistency isn't assumed — it's verified.
Roasted to order, sealed within 48 hours, and shipped directly to your door or picked up at our roastery.
Our roastery and tasting room is open to the public. Stop by for a pour-over, grab a bag of freshly roasted beans, or simply stay and watch us work. No appointment necessary.
